Valley Springs offer CNC coiling up to 50.00mm round from 0.100mm round and, with continual investment, utilise state-of-the-art grinding machines and modern controlled heat treatment for our totally cold coiled operation. New testing machines provide rate and load printouts.

Heavy duty compression springs manufactured from a wide variety of materials and sizes. Ends can be left open or closed or closed and ground depending upon requirements.
We can help you with the design and manufacture of your heavy duty compression spring.
We have the capabilities to produce a diverse range of heavy duty extension springs including, standard machined looped ends, German loops, extended loops, loose hooks.

Heavy duty torsion springs are used in a vast array of applications.
Die springs are precision products manufactured under a rigid quality control, inspection and testing to ensure long service life has been engineered into every die spring.
Divided into a rising load range and each group is identified by a colour coding system.
The DIN 2093 Disc Spring products can be filtered by outside diameter, inner diameter, thickness, reduced thickness as well as other specifications. A PDF stock list is available.
Also available are belleville washers and serrated safety washers.
We also provide push on fasteners, spring washers, circlips, split key rings, hose clips, tool clips and hardware tools, supplied by our parent company Springmasters.
